From childhood vaudeville variety shows to professional stages across the Southwest, her passion for live performance has never waned. Theresa has performed in prestigious venues such as The Old Globe and Moonlight Amphitheater, and she has been a member of the Colony Studio Theatre Acting Company in Los Angeles.

Beyond the stage, Theresa has also shared her talents as an educator, teaching theater and film at College of the Canyons and MiraCosta College. Her recent directorial work includes the musical "Forever Dusty" at California State University, San Marcos.
